Guadalupe Capital was established in 2023 as a mergers & acquisitions company, with the purpose of utilizing investment capital and expertise to acquire privately-owned businesses in Texas. Our primary focus is on B2B services & technology companies, at least 5 years old, and earning between $1M - $5M in revenues.

Founder & Owner - Ryan Ohls
Ryan is a 20 year investor and founder of Guadalupe Capital and Guadalupe Consulting.
Ryan spent his career growing revenues for technology & SaaS companies by implementing end-to-end processes for B2B sales, and by building consistently high-performing sales teams. During that time he helped launch multiple Enterprise Sales organizations, and participated in 3 successful exits.
Ryan began investing in 2003, where he began making residential and commercial real estate acquisitions. He has since ventured into other investment categories, such as public equities, private lending, mobile home parks, and storage facilities.
Ryan launched Guadalupe Capital in 2023, and is partnering with a network of investors and entrepreneurs in Texas for the purposes of private business acquisitions.
Ryan is a native Texan with a wife of over 20 years, 2 kids, and 2 dogs, who may make video appearances from time to time.
